I had a client purchase a bank owned property and what a screaming deal she got in Spanaway! 4 bedrooms, 2.5 Baths built in 2003, almost 1800 SF and a flat yard that backed to a greenbelt for 139k-yep 139k. The beauty of this particular transaction is that she is a cash buyer and because the bank wouldn't go in before the house hit the market and do some minor work to the property this was our opportunity to get a great deal. In this case the house was missing the kitchen sink and the faucet in the half bathroom, it also needed cosmetic work like carpets replaced, paint and a serious deep clean.
