The mall is one of the largest in the area and offers a wide variety of stores and restaurants. Along one side of the mall is an outdoor shopping strip called, “The Village” making the mall unique from others. Red rock paths and architecture along with white lights strung across the storefront and trees give The Village a comfortable atmosphere. Inside the mall itself, over 175 stores like Macy’s, Nordstrom, Lucky and Urban Outfitters keep shoppers occupied. Should you get hungry along the way, restaurants such as Claim Jumper, P.F. Chang’s and Romano’s Macaroni Grill are in the same vicinity as the mall. A 16-screen movie theatre is also on the grounds of the Alderwood Mall. On top of the mall, the surrounding area is filled with a plethora of other stores and restaurants, enjoyed by residents and visitors. If the business of shopping is not for you, don’t count Lynnwood out. There are plenty of other activities to enjoy, such as the Lynnwood Municipal Golf Course. The 18-hole, par 98 course is open all year long for golf-lovers. The course is well-kept and also offers lessons for the more inexperienced.
